Now that your construction plans have been permitted and approved by the city, you may choose to post them on our secure web site for viewing by licensed contractors in your area. If you wish to take advantage of this service, please indicate your preference by checking the EZ Bids check box when signing your contract.

Interested contractors will be free to contact you directly to discuss and present their bids.

To ensure that your time is not wasted reviewing more contractor bids than is necessary, we restrict the number of contractor bids to a maximum of three per plan posting. This also ensures that contractors do not waste their valuable time by bidding on projects that have already been awarded. However, we cannot guarantee any contractor will choose to bid on a particular project.

Only contractors with active licenses can register with EZ Plans to view construction plans posted on our secure website. Before registration is authorized on our website, we verify the status of all contractor licenses.
