Each of our architectural designers is highly skilled in the field of residential design and construction and is ready to provide you with the most cost effective, functional, creative, and exciting design options to meet your needs. It doesn't matter whether you are just adding a room, modifying or remodeling your living space, converting your garage, enhancing the exterior of your home, or simply trying to create an open floor plan, our EZ Design experience is all about you.

The design process starts with a 1-hour on-site consultation to enable your designer to personally experience the renovation potential of your home. Your designer will discuss and identify your remodeling goals and objectives during this consultation, allowing a creative and interactive relationship to develop.

The design process continues with a second 1-hour in-studio design consultation where your designer will present three hand sketched design options for your consideration. Requested changes to these designs are discussed at this time.

The design process ends with a third 1-hour in-studio design consultation where your designer will present CAD drawings of your preferred design and any final design change requests are discussed. Once you are satisfied, committed and have signed-off on the final design, we take care of the rest.
