EZ Design is the second step in the EZ process. Whenever you’re ready, call to schedule a design appointment at any one of our conveniently located design studios. One of our expert designers will provide three hours of design consultation and three design suggestions as part of our standard package.

EZ Draw is the third step in the EZ process. After reviewing and signing off on any requested design changes agreed to during the design consultation, three copies of your final construction drawings will be available within 10 days..

EZ Permit is the fourth step in the EZ process. Using our expedited permit processing service we submit your final construction drawings for city plan check, and any required changes are included as part of our standard package. Your permit approval is guaranteed.

EZ Bids is the fifth and final step in the EZ process. This final step is offered as a courtesy to assist you in getting a reliable cost estimate for your renovation. Once your plans have been permitted you may choose to post them on our secure web site for viewing by licensed contractors in your area. Interested contractors will be free to contact you directly to discuss and present their bids.
